I found Kundalini Yoga in 1998 and it has been the foundation of many of the things I have been doing since then. It has changed my way of viewing life completely and also the way I respond to the various unavoidable and surprising things that hit my life every now and then.
Since I started practicing, I have grown spiritually and I have learned more and more about the marvelous technology that our body is. It has taught me also to understand my mind and the power that lies within.
I have designed some group courses where I include both techniques but I also work individually with people that are open to explore their spirituality through meditation, kriya (set of exercises), prayer and mantra singing.
